Stay Focused: What Are Your Top 3 Goals This Week?

The weekend offers a excellent opportunity to examine your previous five days and issue yourself a professional scorecard. Take your imaginary red pen and in your mind and on paper, circle what didn't work and what you could improve on, then grab that shiny gold pen and draw stars all over the areas that rocked and the things you absolutely knocked out of the ballpark. Write these things down. Home runs all-around.

Why are we doing this?

To learn from our mistakes and our successes. To tweak habits to make them more efficient. To take advantage and utilize our time wisely. To focus on our goals so we can achieve them, whatever they may be.

Goals and Goal Setting

I'm not just asking you to do this, I'm writing out my goals so that you can hold me accountable, too. So we can help lift each other up and absolutely kick the shit out of barriers and limits. There are no glass ceilings here.

This week, I'm planning on making these goals my bitch:
  • Complete 3,000 words on my upcoming ebook. Stay tuned for more on this!
  • Hit the gym 5 times. Cause working out helps with creativity, and feeling good about my bod makes me feel good about life.
  • Complete September's editorial calendar.
